How fast is shipping?

Orders processed before 8am PST, Monday to Friday ship the same day via tracked express shipping, typically arriving in 1-3 business days across most of Canada. Once a parcel is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control - weather, remote areas and carrier volume can occasionally add a day or two. Shipping is free on orders over $150.

Is packaging discreet?

Always - every order ships vacuum-sealed and smell-proof in plain, unbranded packaging.

What do the grades (AAAA, AAA, AA, A) mean?

They rank flower quality from AAAA (top-shelf craft) down to A (everyday value). Every flower product lists its grade.

How do I get 20% off my first order?

How fast will my order ship?

Orders placed before 10:00 AM PST Monday through Friday ship the same business day via priority courier. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on statutory holidays ship the next business day. Most BC orders arrive within 2 business days, with the rest of Canada in 3-5 business days.

Is the packaging really discreet?

Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no return address branding, no scent leakage, and no indication of contents. Products are triple-sealed and vacuum-packed inside the outer box. Your name and address are the only identifying details on the parcel.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Interac e-Transfer and Bitcoin as our primary payment methods, with credit card processing available for select orders. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure third-party providers. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
